Delicious and quality dishes come not only from the chef’s creativity, but also from carefully selected ingredients. At Terme Sveti Martin, we have contracts with more than 30 local suppliers who bring freshly picked fruit and vegetables to our restaurants every morning. We are pleased to be able to promote the small economy of the municipality while offering all our guests perfectly healthy, fresh and local food to enjoy.

You can find the highest quality food from local producers on the plates in the a la carte restaurant Le Batat. Seasonal, varied, healthy, and nutritionally rich, they combine modern ideas and the traditions of Međimurje. We make some ingredients for the preparation of our healthy meals completely ourselves in our kitchen. Our concern for health and the desire to introduce healthy and high-quality foods led us to find local producers for whom ecological and biodynamic agriculture is their mission and vow. These foods of the healthiest possible origin guarantee the best for each of our guests. Our chefs use herbs from our biodynamic garden to highlight the particular flavor of the dishes. All desserts are guilty-free – they are all homemade, handmade, without artificial sweeteners and flavor enhancers. The selection of vegan dishes is rich, but there is also the possibility of preparing other dishes in a vegan way, and of course, we paid great attention to gluten-free dishes.
