PROCEDURE
Unless determined otherwise, the cooperation between Group and Resort will proceed as follows:
- The Group places a reservation with the Resort specifying all relevant data, like the number of persons including the number and age of minors, appointed date, quantity and type of rooms or apartments, boarding type (single or double), possible special arrangements (gala dinner request, congress, coffee breaks, team building activities…)
- The Resort confirms the free capacities for the reservation as well as prices and reservation period according to the offer.
- The Group places a written confirmation for the reservation within the reservation period.
- The Resort issues a Pro Forma Invoice and Contract according to the reservation.
- The reservation is booked after a down payment of 100% of the amount of the issued pro forma invoice and the signing of the contract.
- Should the Group fail to provide a payment guarantee, the Resort has the right to cancel the reservation.
- The Resort will issue a final invoice after the completion of all services to the guest.
- The Group is obliged to settle the rest of the balance (extra costs in the hotel) on the day of the departure.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CANCELATION POLICY
1. Payment:
Payment must be made on time according to the offer/contract to the following account: ESB Bank, Jadranski trg 3a, 51000 Rijeka, SWIFT Code: ESBCHR22, IBAN: HR15 2402 0061 5001 4936 whereby the following applies:
- in case the agreed deposit does not occur at the agreed time, the hotel is not obligated to keep the reserved rooms or provide other agreed services
- in case the customer fails to make the payment of used services within the agreed period, regular interest will be charged
- a minimum of 30% of the total amount according to the preliminary invoice at the time of booking, the rest no later than 3 days before the arrival of the group
2. Change of the confirmed number of rooms:
- 90-60 days before arrival – the possibility of reducing the quota to 10% without cost.
- In case the quota is higher than 10%, the excess cancellations will be charged 50% of the total value for the entire stay without accommodation tax.
- 60-15 days before arrival – the possibility of reducing the quota to 5% without cost.
- In case the quota is higher than 5%, the excess cancellations will be charged 50% of the total value for the entire stay without accommodation tax.
- Less than 15 days before arrival – reducing the reserved quota cannot be without costs. Each canceled room will be charged 100% of the amount for the entire period without accommodation tax.
- Accommodation free of charge listed as “free/gratis” refers to a definite number of used rooms or spent nights.
