100 years of tradition

According to analyzes, it is a very rich thermo-mineral water with a high degree of mineralization, 43,000 years old and known since 1911, when the Anglo-Hungarian company Londong-Budapest searched (drilled) the soil in order to find oil. Instead of oil, thermomineral water and therefore Spa tourism in Međimurje was discovered.

Philosophy of dr. Steiner

In accordance with holistic philosophy which states that the mind, soul and body need to be in balance in order to remain healthy, we devised the concept for the Temple of Life. The concept weaves authentic local elements with parts of antroposophic philosophy invented by Rudolf Steiner and Healthness strategy which inspires a quality life by combining health and pleasure.

Pannonian Sea

The Pannonian Sea is the name of the former sea basin which covered most of the middle Europe during the tertiary period, including most of the Međimurje’s territory. Remnants of the Pannonian Sea speak about that long passed era in the Earth’s history, like lake Balaton in Hungary, Iron Gates on Dunav, the Black Sea and healing thermo mineral water springs. Dear guests,

We would like to inform you that Super Wednesday special offers won’t be possible to use on Feb 19 and Feb 26, 2025.
Due to adjusted operating hours, the indoor pools at The Temple of Life will have special schedules for day visitors (those who do not use accommodation services at the Terme Sveti Martin resort). On Wednesday, February 19th, and Thursday, February 20th, the pools will be open to all visitors. On Friday, February 21st, the pools will be available to day visitors only for night swimming. On Saturday, February 22nd, the pools will be closed to day visitors, while on Sunday, February 23rd, they will be closed until 2:00 PM.

Dear guests, the following rules are here to ensure the health and safety of every pool and Wellness center visitor:

Take the bracelet when you buy the ticket, it allows you to move freely within the designated swimming pool area
Entry control with the electronic system
Scanning the bracelet on the e-reader opens the barrier and the lockers
Due to the electronic system, the guests are not allowed to enter or exit the pool area more than once
You are allowed only 15 minutes, everything over that, there is an additional charge; half the price of the purchased ticket
When leaving the swimming pool area, it is not possible to go through the electronic system if your locker isn’t empty
When leaving the swimming pool area, return the bracelet at the pool’s front desk
In case of a lost bracelet, you will be charged 13,27 € / 100 hrk.
All personal belongings should be in your locker
Changing is allowed only in the changing rooms, and customers wearing clothes can move around only in designated areas of changing rooms
Long hair should be tied
Swimming diapers for children upt to 3 years of age are mandatory
Swimming without a bathing suit is not permitted
Visitors should avoid any actions that compromise the comfort or safety of others
Unlimited use of “The Temple of Life” pool complex from check-in to check-out
Pre check-in use of the thermal pools The Temple of Life is free of charge. The bathrobe and towels are charged extra.

Due to health and safety reasons the following are not permitted:

Enter the premises if under influences of alcohol or drugs
Smoking in enclosed places, including washrooms, outdoor thermal pools and showers
Non-swimmers must be accompanied by competent swimmers
Carrying any fragile objects
Bring and eat your own food and beverage
Running around the wellness and pool area
Jumping in the water and ball playing
Bring any equipment
Enter the pool with open or infected wounds or having a contagious disease
Bring pets to the pool area
Take pictures of other swimmers, unless permitted before hand

Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and swimming pools. We recommend you leave your valuables in your locker or your room. We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft and damage of your possessions. During the general cleaning of the pool we reserve the right to close one pool. Anyone not obeying the house rules and above rules will be asked to leave the Wellness and pool area.
Eco-friendly tips: respecting your environment is a part of every Wellness experience. Don’t waste water, paper or towels. If you enjoy being outdoors, don’t litter.
